**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Provide leadership/direction which is aligned to the Company’s direction to all working colleagues.
- Assist Head of Department in developing Annual Business Plan for department/section which is aligned to the Company’s direction.
- Responsible for the successful execution of the Annual Business Plan.
- Adherence to the Terms & Conditions of the Employment, Rules & Regulations, Standard Operating Procedure of the Company and others provided by the Management.
- Ensure the deliverable of the job as per stated in the Job Description and attend relevant necessary formal and recorded training to meet the job competencies (knowledge and skills).
- Prepare and submit periodical (daily, weekly, monthly) reports to the Management.
- Ensure high engagement and effective communication with relevant stakeholders i.e. Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors, Customers, Clients, Business Associates including working colleagues and staff.
- Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing management system which include collecting, organizing, and storing information for both paper and electronic records.
- Monitor, maintain and procure necessary office supplies, office equipment, and stationery and pantry supplies with attention to budgetary constraints. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions and other company events.
- Tracking and perform renewals of licenses, foreign workers working permit/passport, insurances, certificates and company’s vehicles inspection from relevant authorities, professionals, competent person and agents.
- Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll, employees’ attendance, recruitment, employee benefits, statutory contributions, maintain staff database, training and development, employee & industrial relations and etc.
- Schedule meetings and appointment, create agendas and take minutes whenever necessary.
- Assist to issue and maintain P.O, D.O, Invoices and other documents related to customer sales and supplier purchases whenever required.
- Assist in recruitment process including liaise with recruitment agency, advertise job vacancy, arrange interview session and etc.
- Others lawful instructions from immediate superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
