**HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Manager (HRM).
- Perform a variety of Human Resources duties in day-to-day operations.
- Handling preparation of payroll by compiling relevant data and vetting through payroll documents (Overtime, Claim, Allowance etc) for Management approval.
- Maintain and updating employee records (personal file/system)
- Filing and upkeep HR departmental documents
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other related field
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must have good command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
