Customer Service Executive

**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Work from Home)
**Location**: Remote
**Working Hours**:Full-time, 5 days per week; 3 weekdays & 2 weekends.
(Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM; Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM).
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from students, parents, and educators, providing timely and accurate responses.
2. Manage and resolve issues related to academic affairs, including course scheduling, teacher assignments, and student performance.
3. Maintain detailed interactions, transactions, and feedback records using our customer relationship management systems.
4. Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to support sales campaigns, events, and communication strategies.
5. Prepare and analyze reports on customer interactions and service issues to drive improvements in service delivery.
6. Ensure compliance with tuition centre policies and standards during all interactions and processes.
**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to accommodate a diverse clientele.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation.
3. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an educational environment.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on empathy and patience.
6. Ability to work independently from home with mínimal supervision.
7. Availability to work during the specified hours, including weekends.
