Job Description:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Generating and analyzing reports on customer service performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment that values teamwork and individual growth.
- Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions for quality and consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Job Requirements:

- Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Fast learner and independent
- Good interpersonal skills and listening skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
- Able to work on Sunday (Rotating Shift)
- Full time position
- Minimum (1 year) experience

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
