**Requirements**:
- Internship period must be at least 3 months.
- Creative & articulate good communication skills.
**Task Recruitment**:
- Assist with the creation and collection of job descriptions.
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Assist with recruitment events and activities.
- Support overall recruitment operation activities
**Other Related Task**:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new Internship guides
- Answer Internship student queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
