Admin Executive Responsibilities: Office Supplies Management and Maintenance including staff refreshments Handling Quotations, PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), DO(Deliver Order) and invoicing Monitoring and liaising with finance regarding payment Company Assets Administration including Motorcycle mileage claim, dispatch and drivers arrangement Arrange courier services for company documents and parcels Pick up and Filter incoming calls Assist in interview management and meetings with guests Update, monitor, maintain and verify Attendance and Leave records Assist in petty cash and staff claims processes Assist in administrative onboarding process for new joiners Assist to company events and administrative matters Support HR Function Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skill Able to multitask, commitment to delivery, flexible Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills Reliable and able to work independently Good command of English (written and spoken) Able to read Chinese (may deal with documents written in Chinese) Able to work with mínimal supervision within a team base structure Malaysian Up to RM3,500 Location accessible by Lrt Kerinchi (Kelana Jaya Line)
