**Teamlead Online Marketing (m/w/d)**:

- In deiner Rolle als Teamlead Online Marketing leitest du bei uns die Online-Marketingabteilung und stehst in engem Austausch mit unseren Bestands
- und Neukunden, um gemeinsam Marketingziele zu definieren und diese mit den richtigen Strategien zu erreichen bzw. zu übertreffen.**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortest die **Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Marketingstrategien** in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, der Geschäftsführung sowie Designer
- und Content-Teams, mit besonderem **Fokus auf SEO und SEA**, um Wachstum und Engagement zu fördern.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die **strategische Planung** und führst für die **taktische Ausführung von Marketingkampagnen**, einschließlich Test-/Kontrollsegmenten, Erfolgsmessung, und der Ableitung von Empfehlungen durch dein Team.
- Du entwickelst mit deinem Team Konzepte, Strategien und Kampagnen speziell für die **Steigerung von Leads und Sichtbarkeit** unserer Agentur-Website.
- Du überwachst die **kontinuierliche Anpassung und Verbesserung unserer Marketingansätze** zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit und des Umsatzes.
- Du **analysierst Performance-Daten** und leitest daraus strategische Maßnahmen ab, um die Marketingeffektivität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Du definierst und **optimierst Prozesse** innerhalb deines Teams und förderst die fachliche Weiterbildung, um ein hohes Leistungsniveau sicherzustellen und die Teamkompetenzen kontinuierlich zu entwickeln.

- oder vergleichbarer Abschluss** in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- **Nachweisliche Erfolge** in führenden Marketingrollen und in der Erstellung von **Marketingkampagnen**:

- und Entscheidungskompetenz**:

- **Praktische Erfahrung** in den Disziplinen **SEO, SEA** und **Performance-Marketing**:

- Erfahrung in der **Budgetplanung und -verwaltung**:

- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen SEO- und Google-Tools wie **Sistrix, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics und Search Console**:

- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit **HTML und Content-Management-Systemen**:

- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fort
