**Responsibilities**:

- Support and meet Director’s needs in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare reports, presentation materials, business proposals, company memorandum, business letter, etc.
- Provide data analysis.
- Manage all office maintenance-stock management for stationeries, refreshments, repairs and maintenance, facilities management.
- Prepare and submit regulatory forms to government agencies where required.
- Manage and process travel arrangement eg visa, flight, restaurant, and accommodation reservation for Director.
- File documents in alphabetical or numerical order and code files for proper placement so that easier to retrieve files as necessary.
- Fax and photocopy files for administrative and accounting purposes.
- Scan documents to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format.
- Check accuracy of data given and perform data entry into database to ensure the information is accurate, update and unstable.
- Anticipate the needs of Director in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Power BI, PowerPoint Presentation and Word.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to read, write and converse fluently in English and Mandarin.
- Meticulous, detailed and task focused.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt easily to changes.
- Resourceful, great learning attitude, willing to take on new tasks.
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines; have a sense of urgency of deadlines.
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
