**ADMIN MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE**

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
1.0 Supervising and monitoring subordinates for day to day functions assigned

2.0 To assist superior on generating periodical report for Management meeting.

3.0 To assist and lead Admin team to meet the objectives year to year.

4.0 To monitor and check documents for the renewal of road tax, insurance, puspakom inspection.

5.0 To monitor subordinate for follow up any payment preparation on renewal road tax/insurance/ puspakom inspection/summon to submit Accounts Dept for and update into DOMAIN system.

6.0 To monitor renewal of General insurance eg. Fire Insurance, Bulgary, fidelity Guarantee, Public Liability, Group Personal Accident, Plate Glass, Transport Liability Insurance, Marine Insurance and so on.

7.0 To monitor all claims from third party

8.0 To monitor purchasing activities

9.0 To perform any other duties as and when required by the management.

**REQUIREMENT**:
1.0 Min. Degree/ Diploma in related discipline.

2.0 Able to lead team, HR/Admin management knowledge.

3.0 Min. 5 year in related job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
