As the Business School Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing internal training programs and courses to enhance employees' professional skills and knowledge. You will coordinate training activities, ensuring the effectiveness of training and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Design and develop training courses covering various areas from professional skills to leadership development.
Ensure training plans are aligned with the company's strategic goals and meet employees' training needs.
Coordinate internal and external resources, organize training activities, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Track training progress and outcomes, formulate improvement plans to enhance training effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
Master's or doctoral degree in Business, Education, or related field, with experience in training and education management.
Extensive experience in training design and development, able to devise innovative training solutions based on diverse needs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of igniting employees' enthusiasm for learning.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities, effective in managing training activities.
Business insights and talent development perspective, able to integrate training with business requirements.
