**About the job**
- This role includes working on days/nights to support a 24/7 operation working on a rotating shift basis.
- Provide support to our customers by answering their questions in a proactive, clear and efficient manner
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and limit the risks of customers’ dissatisfaction
- Understand and follow the company procedures: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

**To be successful**
- Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with our customers-Willingness to work shifts, weekends, early mornings, late nights, and occasional holidays
- Experience in service, customer support, food and beverage, retail or other high volume e-commerce platforms
- You will need to be proactive and bright, able to adapt quickly and efficiently, act on your own initiative and help grow the team and our capabilities at considerable speed
- Acute sense of discernment and diplomacy to arbitrate fairly on difficult cases and situations-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
