**Salary : RM2000 - RM 3000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist in HR functions including recruitment, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Help maintain employee databases and update records as needed.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Address employee queries and escalate issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
