**Overview**:
We're seeking skilled IT System Support to provide end-user assistance, troubleshoot technical issues, and advise on software/hardware upgrades. With a focus on CRM and HR systems, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to system development and user training while ensuring seamless technical operations. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, join the team in delivering top-notch technical support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating issues as needed.
- Advise on software or hardware upgrades.
- Participate in user training, support, system development, or implementation.
- Undertake ad-hoc technical support training as required.
- Assist with assigned ad-hoc tasks.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least possesses qualification of Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT or any equivalent field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM support or related field.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Highly fluent proficiency in English and Malay is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Rotational shift
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
