**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interview arrangement, conduct reference check, job offering and staff on-boarding.
- Plan and propose talent acquisition strategies which include job posting optimization, new recruitment channel ideas, provide recommendations and implementing new recruitment initiatives and strategies.
- Coordinate, conduct interviews and follow up interview outcome with HODs.
- Process and prepare job offer documentations, conduct reference checks, coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups, and administration support.
- Undertake ad-hoc functions and other related duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience as HR Executive specializing in Recruitment or in similar capacity.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- An eye for details and is meticulous at all times with highly committed positive work attitude.
- Results-driven and fast-paced with high initiative skills and the ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
- Practice integrity and confidentiality.
- Good self-management and team player.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
