The Digital Content Executive will support the Content team in effectively delivering and implementing the social & digital plans/campaigns within the marketing communications scope across all platforms. Responsible for engaging and supporting internal and external stakeholders in building the best use and value of marketing content, online and social media platforms to attract and interact with targeted communities. The goal is to gradually achieve superior guest, diner & customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the content marketing roadmap.

1)Responsible for day-to-day content management of all hotels' owned platforms (brand. com & microsites) and third party channels and emerging platforms

2)Support Content & Digital Manager in content development (copywriting, visual editing) for all digital marketing, campaigns and key initiatives using HW brand portals and internal platforms (e. g. Hilton Social Hub, markIT)

3)Engage community directly through online channels by crafting and posting appropriate responses to user reviews on social touch points such as Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google Places, to foster positive community and add value to customers' experience

5)Provide support in understanding customer review trends and recommend action plans to improve service level and recovery, due diligence to audit content to ensure relevancy

6)Responsible for all content & content scores published on online channels (across Brand. com EN and Local Language sites, OTA sites, and 3rd party Sites for Malaysia cluster of hotels)

7)Work closely with Marketing Services team for prompt delivery of project and/or campaign marketing assets

8)Analyze, shortlist & manage influencer outreach

9) Provide support in digital campaigns, e-commerce initiatives and emerging digital innovations

**What are we looking for?**

A Digital Content Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communications.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English to meet business needs.
- Basic SEO skills, including google and Baidu SEO rules, regulations, white hat methods and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a hotel marketing / advertising role preferred.
- Skills in HTML and CSS advantageous.
