**Qualifications**:
1. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance, Management Information System, or a related field with 3-5 years related experience 2. Working knowledge in project planning, process optimization and system implementation (including SAP S4/Hana) to ensure all aspects of opportunities and risks are considered to improve operations workflow and organization's efficiency, effectiveness and compliance 3. Ability to improve operations workflow and to drive and enable solutions to address organization productivity (such as Robotics, Machine Learning, Python, AI, Power BI etc) 4. Experience in one or more the following processes is required : revenue, rebate, demand supply, sample, compliance, pipeline management and supply chain 5. Strategic thinking to plan ahead, analytical thinking and problem solving skills along with process and detail orientation to formulate tactics as well as result and customer orientation 6. Self-starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables 7. Ability to interface with multi-leveled employees with solid communication, presentation, and influencing skills 8. Fluent English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite, Japanese and Cantonese would be an added advantage

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
