The Global Platform & Service Readiness team focuses on creating a competitive advantage for our business by ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class client experience as it relates to new banking products and services. We partner with Global Product, Technology, and various cross functional teams to ensure internal teams are prepared, and ready to globally support product enhancements and commercialization for our flagship digital banking platform, CitiDirect, and Citi’s premier connectivity solution, CitiConnect.

The Global Platform Readiness Project Analyst will support a critical awareness program that provides 'just-in-time' information to Client facing Service teams. This role will work with stakeholders globally to support readiness activities for new CitiDirect and CitiConnect product launches and services.

The Project Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub-function / job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write, edit, prepare and publish time sensitive internal global communication deliverables, providing the appropriate level of information to target audiences through a variety of channels
- Manage and host training and webinar/zoom meetings globally
- Collect, measure and analyze project data to identify opportunities to improve our awareness program
- Ensure creation of project scope plan and creation of project schedule
- Create the project quality management plan, identify quality standards and metrics to measure achievement of these standards
- Identify project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
- Manage and drive timely delivery of project milestones and key activities
- Proactively manage and provide timely updates to SharePoint, websites and other collaborative tools
- Identify, track and work with global stakeholders to close project issues

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complex messages into effective, very concise communications and adapt delivery to target audience as required
- Self-driven, goal oriented, and quick learner
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, respond to tight deadlines and exercise excellent judgement in setting or adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Strong team player with the ability to operate independently with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Flexible with proven ability to conform and successfully managing shifting priorities, demands, timelines while delivering consistent, high-quality work
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Knowledge of automation tools and excel macros a plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
