**Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you are responsible for hiring the best possible talent. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that this will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.**

**As a Recruiter, you will**:

- ** Performing the day to day recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following**:

- ** Job Analysis**:

- ** Sourcing & Profiling**:

- ** Screening and Selection**:

- ** Documentation & Reporting**

**Do you have what it takes to become a Recruiter?**

**Requirements**:

- ** At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition**:

- **Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent)**:

- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- ** Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping**:

- ** Excellent in terms of their interpersonal skills**
