Customer Success Officer

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Customer Success Officer Requirements**:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Eagerness and Keen interest in learning new technology
- Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
Added Advantage:
- Experience with GPS Global Positioning System (GPS) concept but not mandatory, training will be provided.
- Trouble shooting experience
- Able to communicate with other than English or Malay language
**Working hour:Shift based (alternate Saturdays)**
Mon - Sat : 8.30am - 5.30pm (shift 1)
Mon - Sat : 9.30am - 6.30pm (shift 2)
Mon - Sat : 10.30am - 7.30pm (shift 3)
**Work Location: Wisma RKT, KL (near Dang Wangi station)**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
