_**Customer Success Officer Responsibilities**:_
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. (Mostly E-mail&Whatsapp)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- **Customer Success Officer Requirements**:_
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Eagerness and Keen interest in learning new technology
- Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply
- Languages: Written and spoken English and Malay
- **Added Advantage**:_
- Experience with GPS Global Positioning System (GPS) concept but not mandatory, training will be provided.
- Trouble shooting experience
- Able to communicate with other than English or Malay language

- Working days - **Monday to Friday** (Alternate Saturday)
- **Normal working hrs** until May (May onward will 24/7 shift )

- Attendance allowance **Rm300**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
