**Role Purpose**
- This role in Partnership team is to drive profitability by achieving yearly sales target of Enrich Points to partners, Airlines and non-air accrual / redemption revenue by creating compelling propositions to Enrich members through the partnership network and offerings.
**Key Accountability**
- Business development - improve revenue growth by assisting team in sourcing new partners for Points accrual / redemption and account management of existing partners to ensure profitability.
- Quarterly reporting - submission of accrual and sales reports by second week of the following month
- Contract management - assist in reviews of new FFP legal contracts, analyze and liaise with internal departments for feedback on the contract terms and operational requirements. Efficient tracking of existing partners' agreements on contract periods (and expiry date) and commercial terms to ensure profitability, timely renewal and compliance to internal governance processes and approvals.
- Operational - undertake backend support prior to new partner set-up which includes coordination with partners, Enrich System & Operations, and various MAB internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of new partnership. Problem solving - assist team to resolve partner disputes on billings or accrual files issues.
- Content management - assist team in coordinating with Enrich Marketing to drive partner promotions & communication and monitor communication channels for content accuracy.
**Qualification**
- Degree in any related fields i.e.Business, Statistics, Marketing from reputable university.
**Special / Profession Certificate** : Added value with Aviation knowledge background
**Years of Experience **:Minimum 2 years. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
**Areas of Experience**
- Loyalty program partnerships with airlines and non-Air industry.
**Personality Traits**
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
- Good business acumen, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful, independent and must be able to work under tight deadline with minimum supervision.
- Positive team spirit and cooperative attitude, a go-getter with creative thinking.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and contract management competency.
