As the Head of Operations, you will build and manage global teams within the TAC Recruitment Co-ordination department to drive productivity and quality excellence, foster the 'follow the sun' model and manage key stakeholder relationships. In this role, you will also maintain successful relationships with our vendors and find opportunities to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
You will also serve as a trusted advisor and strategic decision maker in taking global operations to the next level. The key focus areas of this role are operational delivery; people management/engagement, operational governance, thought leadership and stakeholder management.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators across multiple shifts, servicing multiple business units across Bytedance.
2. Responsible for shaping strategy and executing against that strategy with operational metrics.
3. Set up realistic and stretched goals and KPI metrics, monitor performance and drive efficient actions.
4. Establish and implement consistent quality standards, measurements and processes at scale.
5. Lead strategic growth, process, and performance management with the vendors.
6. Define and execute strategies to maximize impact and efficiency of each site's workforce.
8. Accountable for delivering on shared goals.
10. Develop domain expertise across Integrity issues informed by trends and risk reports.
11. Ability to communicate and influence across teams and regions, finding win-win solutions that meet the objectives of cross-functional partner.
12. Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment.
1. Advantageous to have more than 2 years of operation related work experience at high volume.
2. Good communication and coordination skills in a high volume environment.
3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities.
4. Clear logic, strong execution ability, data analysis ability, strong self-drive, and certain ability to resist pressure.
5. Experience in working in a global team
6. Fluent English
