**About the Role**:
As a Team Lead in the Tier 1 Talent Acquisition section of the Global Business Centre, you will lead a team of Administration / Coordination specialists with a focus on Talent Acquisition processes for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa region (APMEA) and for the Europe region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that TA related administration / coordination processes are completed accurately and on time and all relevant Tier 1 queries are managed through to resolution or escalation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (COE) teams to support all BAU recruitment activity including supporting the co-ordination of vacancy activity as required - this may include:
- Job posting / advertising
- Reference / background checking (if applicable)
- Triggering employee referral payments
- Deployment of assessment and selection materials
- Responsible for Graduate / Intern processes, including:
- Graduate data master files
- Booking, organizing and training Kerry representatives for attendance at Careers Fairs
- Graduate requisition management
- Application, pre-assessment management, video interview calibration
- Graduate assessment centre co-ordination
- Become an ‘expert’ user of our Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) and Service Now portal to support Talent Acquisition activity, ensuring compliance in TA activity across the ATS to ensure full compliance and working closely with HRIS to ensure correct functionality
- Responsible for reports on key recruitment metrics reporting on activity per business
- Ad-hoc support for Talent Acquisition related projects
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Administration type of role
- Previous experience working in a Global Business Services or Shared Services environment is preferred
- Previous Team Lead or Supervisory experience is preferred
- High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language
- Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer group
- Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success
