We are seeking highly dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.
**Role Objectives**:
- Collaborate with business units to build high-performing teams through the recruitment and selection process.
- Craft and distribute recruitment advertisements across various platforms, including social media.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and selection assessments in partnership with the hiring team.
- Provide support to ensure timely job order fulfilment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with hiring teams to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions and interview questions aligned with position requirements.
- Maintain thorough records of recruitment materials and interview documentation to share with key stakeholders.
**Required Skills**:
- Two to three years of working experience in talent acquisition or any related role.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong command of social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Ability to document processes and stay current with industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
