**Responsibilities**
- Drive agency sales & recruitment numbers for DULife Group
- Build and report on quarterly and annual agency sales & recruitment plans
- Network with agents through meetings & daily media interactions
- Organise & host DULife Steering Committee Meetings. Keep record of meeting minutes for audit purposes.
- Liaison person with DULife & top Management on agency initiatives & resolve issues
- Work with Recruitment Director to drive quality recruits through effective execution of recruitment activities, industry recruitment and sign on packages.
- Reporting to Head of Sales

**What we are looking for**
- University Degree, Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferably in the fields of Agency Sales, Marketing or Agency Development
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills
- Highly developed communication & relationship skills
