- Handling renewals of foreign workers' permits and maintaining hostel facilities.
- Managing the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and buildings.
- Oversight of security personnel and managing mail and courier services.
- Procurement and inventory control of stationary, uniforms, and safety gear.
- Providing administrative support to HR & Admin department operations.
- Organizing employee welfare activities such as annual dinners and other events.
- Assisting with any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Proficient in computer skills
- Must be proficient in Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
