Job Description:

- Verify claims criteria.
- Process warranty claims on a timely manner.
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
- Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed.
- Parts under warranty after replaced to be kept properly and dispose timely with proper record.
- Provide assistance to queries & audit related to warranty claims.
- Support final inspection for all vehicles with warranty claim cases.
- Compliant with company instruction, rules & regulations from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum SKM Certificate Level 3 in Automotive or equivalent. Diploma in Automotive is an added advantage.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience warranty operation or automotive related experience.
- Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Able to work independently and good in teamwork.
- Able to work under pressure and meets deadline.
- Possess own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
