**Responsibilities**:
**Servicing**:

- Receive Breakdown calls and arrange for repair jobs (including outstation jobs).
- Create, follow-up and checking of quotations for breakdown jobs.
- Follow up on issuing/issued POs.
- Compilation of tasks for billing to customers.
- Stock checking and following up on parts for dismantling works.
- Arrangement on servicing and service team on respective jobs ranging from breakdowns to preventive maintenance.
- Generate related documentations record keeping and for finance team.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Submitting warranty claims to HQ and following up to job completion.
- Recording preventive maintenance for customers.
- Keep up to date with documentations of maintenance.
- Check and arrangement of technicians for product demonstrations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
- Good verbal and written skills in English & Bahasa.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- General knowledge of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, SQL etc.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and work as a team.
