Responsibilities:

Servicing:

  • Receive Breakdown calls and arrange for repair jobs (including outstation jobs).
  • Create, followup and checking of quotations for breakdown jobs.
  • Follow up on issuing/issued POs.
  • Compilation of tasks for billing to customers.
  • Stock checking and following up on parts for dismantling works.
  • Arrangement on servicing and service team on respective jobs ranging from breakdowns to preventive maintenance.
  • Generate related documentations record keeping and for finance team.

Other responsibilities:

  • Submitting warranty claims to HQ and following up to job completion.
  • Recording preventive maintenance for customers.
  • Keep up to date with documentations of maintenance.
  • Check and arrangement of technicians for product demonstrations.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English & Bahasa.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • General knowledge of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, SQL etc.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and work as a team.
