**FUNCTION**: Finance - Order to Cash (O2C)

**SALARY RANGE**:Starting at RM 8,400 + Excellent benefits + Market leading bonus

**LOCATION**:Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Assistant Manager for Accounts Receivables (AR) will be involved in overseeing and performing of information within AR processes to ensure quality and accurate completion of services and key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

**Reports To**:Finance Manager - Order to Cash

**Reporting Level**:Managing Self & Others - Team Leads, Senior & Junior Analysts

**Geographic Scope**:APMEA

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Plan, organize and supervise team’s work within the OTC functions
- Ensure Accounts Receivable closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and timely
- Provide support for implementation of project migration and global initiative
- Monitor and manage performance measures/key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for GBS’ Accounts Receivable process procedures and standards
- Lead continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure internal controls programs are adhered to
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, GBS’ standards and SLAs
- Organise and conduct regular meetings and communications with team members
- Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform his/her job effectively
- Conduct team members’ performance evaluation and review
- Participate in strategic planning for GBS
- Develop & manage short and long-term operational and strategic goals for Accounts Receivable
- Performs additional financial management processes including reporting and operational planning

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Degree in accounting related field or equivalent
- 4-5 years experience in Finance & Accounting in a multinational corporation
- Experience in managing the Order to Cash and banking processes
- Proven track record of senior stakeholder management
- A result driven individual with a track record of high performance under pressure and working to tight deadlines
- SAP knowledge, and ability to use SAP FI/CO module is an added advantage
- The ability to identify, initiate and implement improvements
- Coordination and problem-solving skills across multiple markets and multiple issues
- Knowledge of the relevant processes in a finance shared services environment will be an added advantage
