**POSITION TITLE**:Call Centre Customer Service Officer(Melaka)

**INTAKE**: 01 March 2024

**CONTRACT DURATION**:12 Months

**SALARY**:RM1,500 to RM1,800 + Allowances

**WORK LOCATION**: Jalan Konvensyen, Melaka International Trade Centre. 75450. Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

**WORKING HOURS**:Monday - Sunday, 08:00AM - 10:00PM (Rotational Shift - 2 Days Off / Per Week)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the issue and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
- To provide prompt personalized service to call-in enquiries and feedback from customers
- To deliver accurate information and efficient service in answering request, providing information and resolving issues on services for customers
- To follow up and ensure completion of coordination of each case and update case status in system in timely manner
- To listen and understand customer requests / inquiries with accurately and polite

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma with relevant working experience
- Compulsory fluency on English verbal communication. Ability to speak other local language is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to telco system
- Attains pleasant personality with positive working attitude as a team player
- Obtains excellent telephone communication skill and phone etiquette
- Outstanding customer service skills, highly customer focused, with a desire to resolve each customers issue
- Passion towards customer service and understand primarying job responsibilities
- Proceed on some research about Telekom Malaysia before interview
