Hiring Company - Cybersecurity, Network & Cloud Solutions company from Singapore, expanding to Malaysia

Location - **WFH** (Future will be based in KL, Midvalley)

Salary - Up to MYR 5,000 Basic + Allowances + Incentives

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all client’s sales request and projects
- Manage the logistics and purchasing of orders
- End to end sales standard operating procedure
- Lead of projects for support and implementation
- Training shall be provided on Cyber Security, advanced networking and project management skills
- Meet Monthly, Quarterly and yearly targets according to Salary Package

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Basic knowledge in IT networking, infrastructure and Hosted / Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Perform on site service or liaison if issues can’t be resolved remotely
- Able to work independently with professionalism

**MINDSET**
- Customer focus - Focus on solving customer IT issues with professionalism.
- Teamwork - Work closely with Sales and Technical team to fulfill customer’s requirement and issues
- Challenger Spirit - Always explore new ways to resolve issue and enhance productivity
- Constant upgrading - Always upgrade new technology skill sets and soft skills to service customer of highest standard
- Fast learner with good time management and organizational skills to deliver critical timeline

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
