Admin Officer/ Executive

**Job Requirements**:
- Maintain records and ensure effective management of Club's records
- Primarily to provide administration support to the department and Managers
- Provide support and upkeep contracts as well as agreements including tracking on renewal
- To provide assistance to any club meetings
- To provide front line support when necessary
- Inventory checks and controls
- To provide co-ordination and customer service support during tournaments and competitions when required
- Upkeep the proper administration of the office
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration or secretarial work
- Multi-tasking skills, meticulous and team player
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of team across multicultural environment
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
