Customer Service Assistant

Follow up on a list of customers O/S payment & pending issues.
- Prepare customers’ quotation and profile.
- Attend customers’ enquiry.
- Update info into system.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- SPM/ Diploma
- MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
- Fluent in English writing and speaking
- Willing to work overtime
- Flexible to support ad hoc/ urgent request at work.
- Patient, show cooperative & able to take instruction.
**Working Hours**: 5.5 days
**Working Location**: Lot 301, Jln Gemilang, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Maju Jaya, 81300 Skudai, Johor.
