2. Prepare Sales order (cash) and Delivery order (DO)
3. Monitor and arrangement of logistic matter for product order delivery time to ensure on-time delivery to customers
4. Handle incoming phone calls related to; return material requests, product sample and order referrals, sales promotions and etc
5. Alert customer on delivery and flow issues in advance
6. Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet Company goals
7. Maintain database of customer sales order and invoicing records
8. Assist in sales & marketing activities and inventory control maintenance
9. Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and customer service
10. Maintain proper and on time filing
11. Well maintain CRM record
12. To manage ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time
Topmix is a total surface provider and had been involved in high press laminate products from 2006, which comprises of top-quality materials with excellent technical properties. Our HQ is located at Skudai, Johor Bahru. We provide high pressure laminates for house interior for both residential as well as the commercial.
