- ASSIST MOTORIST IN CARD COLLECTION/ACTIVATION AND RECORD ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS BEFORE ISSUING THE CARD
- ASSIST MOTORIST IN VEP APPLICATION (onemotoring.lta.gov.sg)
- HANDLING QUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(QMS) SYSTEM
- ANSWERING PHONE CALLS

**REQUIREMENT**
- MINIMUM SPM (MUST POSSES A VALID SPM CERT/SPM RESULT SLIP)
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- WELCOMING CHARACTER
- COMMITMENT TOWARD ATTENDANCE
