**CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR**

**DEPARTMENT: WAREHOUSE**

**JOB LOCATION: BUKIT MINYAK**
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Control inventory levels by reviewing data recorded in tracking system, retrieving data, designing reports and taking corrective actions.
- Coordination for daily incoming goods from cross border
- Able to manage trucking plan as per customer request - place booking and execute
- Maintains historical record keeping by tracing historical records of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
- Maintain good relationship with customers & assist customer whenever customers need assistant and support
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
- Requirements:_
- At least 2 Years’ experience in WMS - warehouse management system
- At least 2++ Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain, Warehouse
- Computer literate
- Required Language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
