Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information, guidance, and assistance to customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct customer surveys, analyze the results, and prepare reports for Management.
- Supporting the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives and strategies.
- Oversee the service provided by the Customer Service officers and ensure that service is maintained at the company’s standards for all customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and implement solutions for customer concerns.

Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor degree in Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and public holiday.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
