Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
- Process and execute customer orders accurately and without delay
- Diligently monitoring end-to-end customer orders, i.e. from taking order, to receiving payment, to product delivery and ensure excellent after-sales service
- Perform cold call by means of various digital communication to existing customers to take orders and/or to inform customers of latest products and promotions
- Liaise with outdoor Sales Executive and other relevant departments to resolve any customer complaints or feedback on our products and services
- Maintains up-to-date product information and customer related information in company's CRM system
- Prepare and present indoor sales reports and other customer related reports
- Collect and present information related to customer preference and behavior to assist marketing team with monthly marketing activities, promotions, and advertisements
- Any other duties as assigned by management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
