- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in related field or minimum 1 year working experience in the same field.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Independent, multi task, good team player, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
