**Tenure**: Fixed-term contract

**Role Descriptions**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions
- Lead reviews activities in order to launch proactive initiatives to improve the support services
- Analyze and improve customer journey/flow by providing feedback to the client team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- **Written and oral fluency in English (prefer B2 and above) and Japanese (non-native speaker - prefer JLPT N1 or N2)**:

- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player
- Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends
- Self-directed, motivated and driven performer who has a passion for upholding the client brand
- Knowledge in AdSense, AdMob will be an advantage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Customer support team
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas; demonstrated thought leadership within the digital marketing space.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions
