As part of the Talent Acquisition team for Asia Pacific (APAC) region, you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supporting the team in managing recruitment tasks. Through this internship, you will get to learn more about Human Resources related to Business, Marketing, Human Resources and Communications. Besides, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field and international exposure to work with diverse colleagues from different countries in APAC.
**Main Tasks**
Depending on business needs, your day-to-day role will include any of the following:
- Support in delivering HR process harmonization across teams to simplify work processes.
- Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines.
- Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned initiatives and activities.
- Actively discuss and explore the solution of the improvement initiatives.
- Administrative management and coordination of People Cluster initiatives and activities.
**Job Requirements**
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship (Preferably 6 months).
- Currently pursuing / completing your final year of bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related disciplines.
- Good Planning and organizational skills with a mixture of skillset in Administration.
- Independent, and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge. Able and willing to take up new initiative as assigned.
- Great team player, flexible, positive mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
**BASF regional service hub has been established since 2005 in Kuala Lumpur. The regional service hub has approximately 700 employees and growing. Focused on being a competency and digitalization driven hub, it also provides quality functional and know-how services in the areas of finance, controlling, human resources, real estate and facilities management, communications, environmental, health and safety, procurement, import-export order management, and information services to BASF companies and affiliates in the Asia Pacific region. BASF also has two other regional hubs located in Berlin, Germany, and Montevideo, Uruguay that cover the Europe and Americas regions.
