HR Generalist Mandarin Speaker

An fast-growing local pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced **HR Generalist **to join the team and contribute to the mission of excellence and employee satisfaction.
As an **HR Generalist**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing field.
- Experience in full cycle of payroll processing and statutory compliance, including taxes and contributions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and principles, including the Employment Act.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiar in HRIS systems, HRDF Funds, and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably SQL payroll system.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
