Invoicing Admin

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, maintain and enter information into databases from branches abroad such as daily sales
- Pack and liaise with the delivery department to ensure smooth delivery to customers
- Preparing invoices, monthly sales reports, and bank reconciliation
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- In-charge of filling documents with accordance to company's procedure
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Required Language: English & Malay, Preferably Mandarin will be an advantage
- Working days: Monday to Friday and Saturday (Half day).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
