Customer Service Telemarketer

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Customer Service cum Telemarketer to be a part of our inbound sales unit. In this role, you will act as a coordinator to manage the different work processes within the sales unit and to ensure daily sales operation are handled diligently with productivity. Further, your role is also to provide an excellent admin support to ensure sales unit objectives and targets are met.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Present, promote and sale products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers via Whatsapp messenger, messenger,chat room and call.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customer to meet their needs.
- Assisting customer who have an issue or emergency with their rental vehicle not limited to breakdown and accident.
- Prepare sales quotation and proposal and to manage and monitor the progress.
- To help prepare open tender document and to ensure submitted on time.
- Communicate with customer and inter-department and others to ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Update, amend or check customer's reservation on website or manual bookings.
- Do background checking on customer's past record through appropriate channel and platform.
- Reach out to customer lead through cold calling on protections and coverage offered by MKAZ.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Achieved sales revenue target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuosly put effort to through customer's review and feedback.
- Verifying booking, including customer's personal information and payment details.
- Compiling and reviewing monthly sales report with the management team.
- Supporting the fleet operation department with other administrative task, if requested.
- Supporting the sales unit with any other tasks, if requested.
**Salary**: RM1,805.63 - RM3,200.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
