**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing the company's daily operational plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in company meetings, record meeting discussions and action plans, and track their implementation.
- Support the management team in file and data management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate cooperation and communication between departments, facilitating information flow and collaboration.
- Assist in developing and optimizing company processes and standard operating procedures to enhance work efficiency and quality.
- Participate in project management, coordinating work progress and resource allocation across teams.
- Support various activities of the management team, including scheduling, meeting organization, and document preparation.

**Job requirements**:

- Possess Certificate / Diploma / Degree in International Business / Business Administration / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Well versed in English
- Good communication skills, problem-solving, team player
- Knowledge of the Logistic field is a highlight advantage to be hired
