If you are a highly skilled **Support Analyst **who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of incidents and progress through to closure
- Documenting the troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, testing & results
- Must be able to clearly communicate to customers, teammates and team lead
- Creates/enhances, tests and implements programs in accordance to requirement & scope
- Ensure that any assigned project work is completed on time and meets

**What We Are Looking For**

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

- BSc degree in Software Engineering or IT equivalent
- 1-2 years in troubleshooting and analytical skills Programming/Support and debugging exposure in either of COBOL/ RPG/ Java/ C or C++
- Communicate well both in written and verbal
- Willing to adapt to new systems and new platform **(AS400)**:

- Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team
- Provide out of hours on call support
