Role Overview
The Support Analyst role is responsible for the optimal operation of business systems.

**Responsibilities**:The Support Analyst is responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Supporting and maintaining business solutions and other projects to best practice. Evaluating the company’s business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions.
- Being accountable for defined assignments and projects.
- Liaising with customers and support corporate software solutions or products.
- Recognising and promptly advising management of potential problems and for potential follow-on business opportunities

**Requirements**:
Knowledge
- Specialist level competence / knowledge in at least one technology or expertise area, with the ability to contribute to several areas outside of specialty.
- Understanding of business / organisation / marketing context of the business solutions.
- Knowledge of finance management practices, with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation, and project revenue.
- Strong business acumen.

Experience
- 3+ years’ work experience in information technology, IT systems, systems design, integration, or consulting.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise.
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
- Proven negotiating skills with the aptitude to ensure win/win situations for all parties.
