We are Malayan Flour Mills Berhad, an established billions ringgit public listed food manufacturing company. We aspire to be a leading food manufacturing enterprise in the region and have also diversified its business from flour milling to the sale of raw materials and integrated poultry business. Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.
- Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.
- Lead the exclusive sales reps & general sales team for customer development & distribution.
- Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
- Distributor order planning & validate sell out claim.
- Coaching distributor sales team for trade execution.
- Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
- Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.
- Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled.
- Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
- Participate in sales activation and promotional activities as and when required.
- Enhance relationship through productive communication with all customers to ensure prompt response to needs or complaints to achieve maximum customers' satisfaction.
- Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive, category and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) to Sales Management, so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.
- To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, other qualification are encourage to apply.
- 3-4 years working experience in Marketing & Sales.
- Experience in **Modern Trade & FMCG **will be an added advantage,
