At iCHEF, we want to help our business owners open better restaurants by building a platform where they can access all the information, solutions and community to succeed. iCHEF provides an F&B operating system that covers from wait line to tax reporting, everything done, synchronized, used on multiple iPADs on the same app. Since 10 years ago when we open our beef noodle shop in Taipei, we have grown to support over 10,000+ outlets in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. **Roles & Responsibilities**
As Customer Support Executive, you are iCHEF's ambassador to our restaurant merchant.
You will provide Phone/Remote customer support (5 days a week, inclusive of Saturday & Sunday, with 2 weekdays off days)
Organize and provide customer feedback to the engineering team
Maintain an online technical FAQ page so that merchants can get faster support
Report on customer support status and activities and suggest ways to improve
Contact and filter inbound leads before assigning them to the sales team
Manage hardware inventory quantity to ensure sufficient stock
